Culture of Results

Data-driven Outcomes

IEHP knows meaningful change begins by understanding the communities we serve. We partner with community based organizations, physicians, members and local health jurisdictions to identify and address the needs of our community, ensuring fairness and equity.

CAHPS (Member Satisfaction) Survey Season is Here!

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) invites you to watch a special video message from IEHP Chief Executive Officer Jarrod McNaughton, highlighting the importance of the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey and how its results directly impact both provider and health plan ratings.

From February through May, your patients may receive a CAHPS survey by mail, phone, or online. This isn’t just another survey—it’s the voice of your patients, reflecting their experience with you and your team.

Every interaction with a patient is an opportunity. Together, we can take this opportunity to improve our members’ perceptions of their care. Throughout this time period, we will continue to share best practices and reminders about CAHPS with our provider network.

Thank you for your continued partnership and the quality care you provide to our community.

Should you have further questions related to this year's survey, please connect with IEHP's Provider Call Center at (909) 890-2054, (866) 223-4347, or email ProviderServices@iehp.org
